1. Acceptance

By playing Deep Mine you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the game.

2. What Is Deep Mine

Deep Mine is a browser-based puzzle game in which players rotate gem shards to reflect a lantern beam through procedurally styled crystal cavern mazes.

The game is provided free of charge and requires no account registration.

3. Permitted Use

You may play Deep Mine for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. You must not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the game's code or assets without prior written permission from Deep Mine Games.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Deep Mine — including artwork, animations, sound, puzzle design, and code — is the exclusive property of Deep Mine Games. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to play the game for personal use.

5. No Warranties

Deep Mine is provided on an "as is" basis. Deep Mine Games makes no warranty that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Mine Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Deep Mine.

7. Saved Progress

Game progress is stored in your browser's local storage. Deep Mine Games is not responsible for loss of saved data due to browser updates, cache clearing, or device changes.

8. Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Deep Mine at any time. We will try to preserve backward compatibility with saved progress where technically feasible.

9. Amendments to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continuing to play Deep Mine after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deep Mine Games operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
